To end my search on Louisianan Creole I can to the conclusion that no matter where you are there is always more then one Language of that place. Its just like the Language Spanglish. That Language is a mix between English and Spanish. So another example is Africa. You can be in South Africa but be learning two other Languages that are Africa Language.

Secondary Research..
My secondary research is this article about the Language.
It said that Louisiana creole is one of the many ways to speak French. It was developed on the sugarcane farm what is now south western Louisiana. But identifying French vernaculars creole language is complicated. But as other Creole language communities Louisiana creole there is a ongoing speech varieties. But it Louisiana Creole and Louisiana french evolved concurrently. Others diverged further from french because the people who developed them there influenced by the African language before enslavement.
